From time to time we all need to re­charge and find new sources for inspiration and joy so we can maintain meaning and harmony in our daily life.

The workshops I organize are meant to do just that. During each workshop we will work with stories based on wisdom, simplicity of life, awareness, and connection with ourselves and the world around us.

I believe that fairy tales, myths and stories can show us the way into our inner world. They reflect aspects of ourselves which we would not be able to see otherwise. Through fairy tales we can see our rejected selves or those parts of ourselves we don’t even know existed. Furthermore, fairy tales give us a frame of reference to help us make sense of our own stories, our own life paths. By transmuting our personal stories in a new context, we can achieve psychological and emotional relief. We can better understand our experiences. We come to owe our life stories, instead of feeling victims of our own circumstances.

After the initial sharing of the fairy tale or myth or story, there is time for individual exploration of the symbolism and the characters. Group reflection follows, and it is always so inspiring to hear the richness of all interpretations, of all those meanings which emerge.

In a cosy atmosphere we relax, we share, we get inspired. Most of all we learn to see our own experiences, in a different, more positive, more empowering light.

During each workshop, the participants will also be able to experience beautiful meditations to ground and balance and to build up harmony with themselves and the world around.
