A Holistic Integrative Approach
I am an integrative psychotherapist who uses individualised, different psychological methods and theories adapted to the best fit for every client’s theme.
Humanistic therapy –
emphasizes the personal experience of the client and the respect for the client’s reality. The focus of the therapy is to support the client in developing skills for making healthy choices and changes in their lives, as well as to empower and build self- awareness.
Biographical Counselling –
also known as life path/ life story analysis; this helps clients to explore their questions about their own biography. With the help of this method, clients get a full understanding of their life path and who they are. Instead of feeling a victim of one’s own destiny, at the end of the therapy, the client becomes the owner of it.
Cognitive therapy (CT) –
this is a treatment plan with clear goals (that works with present day) for specific situations and problems. CT focuses on the four factors that influence our daily lives:thoughts, feelings, body awareness and behavior. Cognitive Therapy is particularly effective in case of: stress, phobias, mild to moderate depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder.
My Mission
My mission is to support and empower greater self-awareness and inner harmony through meaningful collaboration and personalised psychotherapy. My Vision of Work
Personal Path
Life has taken me across several countries, enriching my understanding of both human diversity and resilience. After experiencing personal losses — my father at 18 and my mother in 2006 — I developed a profound appreciation for the emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing. These experiences shaped my compassionate and grounded approach to psychotherapy.
In 2008, I met my partner and later settled in Denmark, where I now live and practice, supported by the steady presence of family and the natural landscapes that continue to inspire me.
Education and Experience
I have gained broad international experience both personally and professionally, working with a wide range of clients and mental health concerns. While completing my Bachelor’s Degree, I supported individuals struggling with alcohol dependency and worked with their families and children.
After graduating, I lived and worked in the UK, South Africa, and Portugal, expanding my knowledge and skills. Over nine years, I worked with adults and children with special needs, supported women affected by domestic violence and sexual abuse, and worked in a closed psychiatric ward in London. During this time, I completed a Postgraduate Degree in Addiction Counselling and later a Master’s Degree in Integrative Counselling.
Following the loss of my parents, I returned to Transylvania, where I worked as a school psychologist in a national programme supporting the integration of children with learning difficulties into public schools.
In 2009, I moved to Denmark, where I received authorisation as a psychologist and gained further experience working with clients referred through the National Health Service, Reden International, the Centre Against Human Trafficking (CMM), and the Red Cross.
I opened my private practice in 2010, helping clients with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, addiction, and self-harm.
In 2015, my own health challenges increased my awareness of high sensitivity and intuitive empathy. Through the work of Dr. Judith Orloff, I deepened my interest and expertise in supporting Intuitive Empaths and individuals with High Sensitivity.
Passion & Center of Interest
My work integrates both psychological and spiritual dimensions, reflecting my belief that healing involves the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. In my free time I teach meditation and spiritual development, and I am currently writing about the experience of being a nature empath.
Nature is central to my life and practice. I find grounding and inspiration through walking, gardening, and living in rhythm with the seasons. Alongside psychology and spirituality, I hold a deep interest in history and archaeology, as they both speak to humanity’s search for meaning and connection.
I strive to live ethically and sustainably, guided by my core values: respect for our planet, human rights, and the fair and dignified treatment of animals. These principles shape not only how I live but also how I practice — with awareness, compassion, and integrity.
